Our company has a newly built tourist complex, fully furnished cottages located at the top of the beautiful slope of Sivota with unlimited view to the sea, in a green and elegant environment.

The whole construction of the apartments gives full autonomy and all 10 apartments/studios are equipped giving you the opportunity to meet the needs of your stay, and especially feeding by cooking in the fully equipped kitchen of your room.

Every cottage consists of a multiplex (studio 40 m2) that has a bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with two sofa/beds and two terraces where you can enjoy your coffee or your drink, having as a permanent companion unmatched views of the Ionian Sea.

Two out of  our ten apartments/studios have separate bedrooms (with double and single beds) and each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people but there is the possibility, on request, to add extra rollaway bed or cot for five-member families.
